When you Purchase a MMRHosting RESELLER package you do hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions

1. MMRHosting.com WILL NOT provide support for your customers all support for servers sold by you is your responsibility, we will only provide you OUR customer with support

2. You agree to hold MMRHosting blameless for any loss of revenue due to acts of god, unscheduled server outages, acts of hackers, or other Issues that are beyond our control. We will do everything we can (within our Power) to keep your servers up and running but we have no control over things that are out of our hands.

3. MMRHosting.com reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any reseller package that is not paid by the 5th of any month! If a reseller account is suspended or terminated for non-payment you do hereby agree to hold MMRHosting.com, our Staff/employees blameless and that you will have no Legal recourse against MMRHosting.com because you are the one who did not pay your bill. You Further agree that any customers who seek legal action against you for loss of audio servers can not bring MMRHosting.com in to said legal action because you agreed by Purchasing your server to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree that your payment made serves as your acceptance of these Terms of Service (TOS).

4. MMRHosting.com reserves the right to Suspend and/or Terminate any reseller who approaches Audio Server customers of MMRHosting.com with the intent to take our customers from us this Includes Direct Emails, IM's, and other forms of Contact. The only exception to this is if one of our customers approaches you then that is ok as that is what customer choice is. If it is proved that you approached our customer(s) we will suspend your account with out notice and you will NOT be entitled to any refund of you payment made on your account, we may how ever at our option (after discussing the situation with you) un-suspend your reseller account and allow you to finish out the month (allowing you time to seek another reseller provider and this is something we do not for you but for any customers you may have under your reseller account). Your reseller account will be set up to be automatically canceled at the end of the billing cycle.

5. MMRHosting.com WILL NOT ISSUE any REFUNDS on RESELLER Accounts after 5 days of service or payment. There will be NO EXECPTIONS TO THIS RULE!

6. MMRHosting reserves the right to modify, edit, update, revise these Terms Of Service without any notice! It is your responsibility to check this page for any updates or changes!
